Leslie Becker is Fathom's Manager of Special Projects, responsible for driving visibility and momentum across the organization's strategic priorities. She excels at standardizing processes of all kinds; recently, her work has supported AI adoption, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness that lead to greater client value. Passionate about helping others, Leslie enjoys setting teams up for success, challenging Fathomers to learn, grow, and advance daily. Ideally, Leslie spends her free time by a body of water (Hilton Head Island, specifically). The reality is she's probably chasing her two kids around instead.
