Jim Kohl is Fathom's President. With a self-described approach that's relational, collaborative, analytical, and fun-loving, Jim thinks we shouldn't take ourselves too seriously. And we should also recognize how incredible life is when we give our best to others, not robbing each other of the possibilities held in every moment.
Jim's career is rooted in translating consumer insights into business strategy. He's invigorated by building teams and cultures that awake people's curiosities and contributions. And he wakes up every morning looking forward to helping clients, teams, and individuals achieve the unthinkable. He expresses these passions by working with marketing leaders to connect vision to strategy and strategy to action.
Jim finds inspiration in his garden, making music, and exploring ideas that uncover the world's interior. After all, what you see is rarely what you get. Outside the office, you might find Jim enjoying a long conversation with friends, his next DIY project, a long-distance motorcycle trip, a late-night fire, or a baseball game. All of which are made better by the company of friends and family.
